We have 2 Core Support vacancies for dynamic and enthusiastic administrators.
A Full time 37.5 hours per week permanent anda Full time 37.5 hours per week 12 month secondment/fixed term.
Responsibilities will be across three main areas of work, specialising in one of these.
The work is varied and interesting and there is a strong team approach ensuring good support. These positions are based on the main Wonford Hospital site.
You will be adaptable, reliable and be a proven team member with a good sense of humour and a “can do” attitude to work. Knowledge of working in a hospital environment is desirable; however we will provide internal training and support.
To be considered for this role, you must be and have:
- Highly motivated administrator with excellent organisational communication skills
- Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills
- An ability to use your own initiative, work well under pressure, prioritise workload to meet deadlines whilst maintaining a keen eye for detail and accuracy
- Experience of providing a professional , comprehensive support service to end users and colleagues across multidisciplinary areas.
