Applications are invited for the post of Administrative Assistant supporting the Cystic Fibrosis Specialty.
We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and highly motivated individual to join the multi-disciplinary team which supports adult and paediatric patients. The aim is to provide effective and efficient administrative service to support the needs of this busy and specialist service.
The post holder will be able to work under pressure, use the relevant IT systems (training provided) and be able to work to deadlines to meet targets. They will be expected to work professionally to a high standard. Attention to detail and use of initiative is essential.
The ideal candidate must have a flexible ‘can do’ attitude, the ability to use their initiative with excellent communication/interpersonal and IT skills. The successful candidate will have strong administration and organisational skills, exemplary attention to detail, a passion for excellence and an ability to work well within a team. This role is for 15 hours per week pro rata, Monday & Tuesdays or Monday 8am till 4pm (those hours could vary depending on the demand).
***Preference will be given to staff with ‘Priority’ and 'At Risk' status including NHS At Risk staff throughout Devon.***

This is a fixed term contract for 18 months. For current NHS Employees this post could be a secondment opportunity.
